This achievement can be found in the 9th level "Call in Dead"
At the start of the level, walk up the stairs until you reach the main factory floor. After coming through the double doors, a conveyor belt will be directly in front of you. Jump on this and follow it to the second floor.
Jump off to your right and run towards the large glass windows (blood splatters will be on them). Follow the catwalk until you are about to hit steel containers. At this point, turn to the left and go across the bridge into the control room.
Once you open the door to the control room turn right and either build a stack of items or use the step ladder upgrade and climb on top of the lockers. Turn to your right and jump onto the vents then right again onto the pipes. Break the vent open jump inside and drop down. At this point, your achievement will pop.
