This achievement can be found on level 2 "Toxic Love"
Once the level begins walk forward into the main room and turn left (first corner) you will see a large painting which can be interacted with. This will move to the side and have a hidden security room. Within this room go down the hallway on the right hand side to find a small chair looking at another large painting.
Interact with the second painting to find the hidden safe. After doing the mini hacking game and opening the safe your achievement will open.
