Firstly you should get the spare key in the center of the basement tunnels. Then pick up the bowling ball that spawns at the fountain in Paradise Plaza thats by Jills Sandwitches and the entrance / exit to Leisure Park.

Head to the Paradise Plaza tunnels exit and grab the car. Drive to a horde of zombies, get out of the car and, throw it useing Left trigger.
