To earn this you need to complete BN9 without using Hacknet servers. However, you start with one server. You should immediately perform a "Soft Reset" (under Options), which is the same as installing Augments, but works without pending Augments. Then, play as usual, minus Hacknet. Multipliers are pretty brutal for hacking, so I would recommend chasing Bladeburners in this node.
