Step 1: Tear off a human's head, then delete all of their other body parts with the Disassembler gun which is found in the Weapons menu
Step 2: Spawn in a life syringe and a death syringe, both found in the Chemistry menu
Step 3: Disable collision on the syringes and link them both to the decapitated head using the Liquid Conduit tool
Step 4: Place the syringes inside of the head, select all three parts, and freeze them all
Once you unpause the game the head should constantly be getting revived by the life syringe and then shortly after killed by the death syringe. Once you are sure this machine works, copy and paste it with the C and V keys for exponential growth so there will constantly be heads getting killed and revived repeatedly. This will take a while but its a lot quicker than trying to kill people manually, so set it up as much as you can without crashing the game and watch a movie. Step 1 is also very important because if you don't delete the body parts of the original head then every copy will also leave behind a body, reducing your frames and leaving less space for heads
