All three of these Ascension achievements can be easily obtained using admin commands.
You will need to be the on The Island map to get these.
Load into single player, then open the admin command window by pressing tab, then enter the following codes.
1 is for Gamma
2 is for Beta
3 is for Alpha
After that you will have to pick your survivor again and respawn
