The letter from Raymond appears next to the computer in the embalming room.
In order for the letter to appear, it seems that you have to have completed all 6 endings, or at least the 6th ending. The exact details are still a little unclear but I'll update once more people have it.

The letter appeared to me without all the endings completed (all but 4) so it doesn't require all endings

Awesome. I think we can then deduce that you only need to have the 6th ending completed for it to appear.
