Start a match on de_dust2 with some bots. At the start of the round killbind (Default key is K) and start flying around the map. You will see headcrabs and pigeons that you can possess by hitting E which will give you another achievement. There is one instance of these critters that will be replaced with a Scientist head, once you find it hit E to possess it, giving you this achievement.
