This can be completed in a normal match, without the use of a custom map.
- Just flashbang an enemy or bot who is spraying and hope they kill their teammate in front.
- An example would be CT's holding down B on Dust 2, throw a flashbang out while T's are rushing & hope they TK.

If you are having trouble with unlocking it through normal gameplay, you can download a custom map & place it inside your game files. "DRIVE\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Source\cstrike\maps"
Place the .bsp file inside the maps folder along with others, de_dust2.bsp

One tip, try to time your flashbangs going off when the bot starts shooting. This will make the bot keep firing until the flash effect has worn off. Drop the other bot in front of the bot with the gun by pressing the floating button.
