Conclusion:
"1000 Cuts: Jomaku" is an unusual prologue to the upcoming Banjo Toad Studio project, which appeared on Steam thanks to Kickstarter. The story is about a young samurai who faces a difficult choice in his life.
The game is made in the style of pixel art with elements of ancient Japanese culture. You have to explore many different locations, fight thousands of enemies and powerful bosses and make choices that will determine your future destiny.
Unfortunately, this game is the sad result of the work of indie developers who came from Kickstarter. The demo is unstable, and although the developers are making some fixes daily, the game has remained unplayable since early April. It has many critical errors that make it impossible to advance beyond the first level.
At this time, I do not recommend going through this project, since you are unlikely to be able to do it. However, I hope that the developers will finally fix the errors that have been plaguing players for three months now. Instead of relaxing on the beaches of Hawaii, drinking cocktails at the expense of sponsors who continue to invest in this game.
