This game is pretty tedious, but you bought a puzzle game so what did you expect.
There is no way to obtain this achievement quickly or easily, so you will need to take time completing each puzzle.
If you want to learn a trick, I would look at clusters of squares on a half of a sand block and see if there were spots they could fit at on the opposite sand block half.
