This one can be easily done at the start of the game. Play against a character with a starting Strength of 2(for higher probability of winning), and just Battle them as soon as you can without using any weapons(you don't start with any anyway). If you defeat them, you'll automatically Crippling Strike them(so they can only move one space on their next turn), and the achievement unlocks.
