So many Psychos in Chapter 3... you will get the "Play Time" mission shortly after you've dispatched Darlene. If you have any followers, you will need to get rid of them because you have to face Dylan alone. This is another fairly simple fight, which is made even easier if you grab a few guns. Dylan mostly focuses on shooting bombs at you and using a "make shift" flamethrower. Since this Psycho likes to play with fire, it's safer and easier for you to used ranged attacks rather than melee.
