You can typically find TV's in living rooms and/or bedrooms, and all TV variations will count towards this achievement. A list of where to find TV's is below:
Greenview: 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 111, 112, 113.
Richie R.: 201, 202, 205, 206, 207, 208.
Industrial: 301, 303, 304.
