This is an achievement to find a collectible. It should be pretty easy and is in the first level. A steam user by the name of Robaced has an amazing guide on how to find the collectibles in the game with pictures. He also does a good job explaining how to get the rest of the achievements in the game. I would highly recommend checking out his guide.
