Easiest done in 7v1 free form teams. You with 6 AI against 1 AI. All AI can (probably should) be easy. As the Owl clan, build a trading post and trade with AIs until you hit 30 reputation with them all. Once you hit 30 with all allies and the one enemy, ding!, achievement. Remember you can use your Norns to boost rep with a clan by 20 once you assign it to their Town Hall.
