In difficulty 3, pick the "Destroy the Hulk Automaton" Mission
Destroy the arms of the hulk using railgun or sniper rifle
Come back to extraction point and wait until the end of the mission
The mission will fail and the escape pelican will come
Everybody must be alive in the pelican to get the achievement
