After going through your first security door around 10-15mins into the game, you will start talking to Control on your wrist device. He will tell you to head over to the generators to reactivate everything, but instead examine the nearby crane and crates opposite and/or machinery to gain this achievement. Control gets a little upset that you're not listening to him.
