Laura (the wide pink block) is unlocked on level 3.2.
Use another character (Chris in 3.2) and jump on to Laura. Let them bounce and the achievement should unlock after about 2 minutes.
Of course, this can be complete through natural play through. You do not have to do this all in one go.
