This is unlocked in Act 2 during the boss fight in the dining hall. This ghost will throw a bunch of objects at you, mainly chairs and whatever is on the tables. It can also surprisingly throw a cat lol. This is a random event so it might take you a few tries. You will hear a meow before the cat is thrown, unless your audio bugs out, which can happen. You have to get hit by the cat so my advice would be to stand completely still so the ghost doesn't miss. The cat will one shot you which is very accurate to real life.
