This achievement is kind of confusing.
During Act 2 you will fight a boss named Pocong Radja, it has one giant eye and one giant arm it attacks with. Fight it normally until you get a cutscene where the ghost grabs you and you have your camera pointing directly at its eye. I'm sure everyones first thought was to snap a photo right here but they ended up dying, well that's actually what you want to do for this achievement. You have to get killed 5 times for this to unlock.
after you've done that to actually win the boss fight you have to do absolutely nothing, and the ghost will put you down.
