This achievement isn't tied to the ingame Infected Core achievement, which requires to 100% the game in Corrupt Mode. It can be done in Standard Mode.

For me it unlocked after getting 2 remaining liquid coolant upgrades from the Research Lab and the Blazing Furnance and then saving the game. The other one is found in the Water Ducts.
