Starting in the "Stranded" Gamestart, escape the cell by opening the grate next to the door and proceed without progressing the dialog with Axiom. Make your way to the airlock section but be sure not to repair the switch inside it as this will enable Axiom to escape his cell.
Proceed through the airlock and find the weapon on the guards table in the cell block with the captive Teladi.
Go back through the airlock and open the big door at the bottom by shooting it with your new laser weapon.
Proceed through the tunnel and the mission should fail and grant you the achievement.
