The achievement description is wrong!!!
You must use Dodge Burst 100 times. This is when you dodge at the last second and are prompted to mash the X button. I actually obtained this achievement on Nightmare Mode while facing the boss on Episode 3. I believe it glitched out, but you can give it a shot and see if it works for you, otherwise just get it legitimately by dodging a lot.
