Best to do this on Earth Proxima, because it's the easiest. After defeating every fighter, there will be 2 Crewships to deal with. Depleted one's shields and board it. Head over to the pilot and kill him. You will be offered to pilot their Crewship. Do so and you will be awarded the achievement.
