In Inkwell Isle 2, there's a Run n' Gun called Funfair Fever, right at the beginning of the stage, there's a few balloons, one of them being a pink, parry on it 5 times without hitting the ground and you'll get the achievement, don't shoot at it, or else it will pop and you might take damage.
