The easiest way would be to download a map with him, but if you want to work for it, here it is.
Create a village and check the king. If he doesn't have at least 2 traits then find a new one. Once you find him, basically use things like madness rain, or coffee. You can't use the trait editor/rain. Give him traits not only from powers but from things like killing mages.
