There is plenty of opportunity to obtain this achievement, especially while going for What Light Through Yonder Window. Wait until you have four regular Taken (sometimes the big guys don't die with one Flare Gun shot) and attempt to exterminate them together. They will usually clump together when they're walking toward you.
