The Zappyrang is a Boomerang you get after defeating Fluffy (the third boss), once you get it, go to Snow Worries, explore it and kill all the enemies you see, a good location for that is in a arena of sorts near the top of the mountain. Once you kill 75 enemies, you'll get the achievement.
