The first and easiest Turkey you'll encounter is in the second stage of the game, A Walk in the Park, from what i can tell, you get a Super Bite after collecting 100 Opals in the stage, to do a Super Bite, hold the Bite Button, Ty will glow blue and charge at a target, so you'll have to use the Super Bite on the Turkey that steals your Thunder Egg right after the water slide section, get a bit close to the Turkey, but not too close so it doesn't run away, then use the Super Bite on him and you'll get the Thunder Egg and the achievement.
