This can be unlocked on the level "Reactor" pretty quickly. You will only need the ascender equipment, which can be found on one of the buildings you drop on top of.

Simply load in, then immediately head to the right (southwest corner of the map) with your ascender. There is a red radio tower than you can get to the top of. Then, simply jump off and parachute immediately, soaring as far as you can. You should unlock the achievement easily.

Note: You only need to get the ascender on the level once. Once you have it unlocked for a leve it will remain unlocked every future playthrough of that level.
