This is pretty easy to get, you should get this during the first stage, just keep an eye on any enemies that may come from behind, make sure that you're distant enough from enemies so you can get lots of hits in other enemies before they catch up, and as soon as an enemy falls, hit the ones coming at you from behind. You should get this no problem.
