The strat I used was move the window that popped up when clicking the flip table button, to on top of the flip table button and just pressed the same spot until it was done.
FYI the achievement didn't pop up for me until either you start a new table (preferred), or go to main menu.
Also, you do not need to reset the table to get this achievement, just mindlessly press the button a lot.
Also, It doesn't update the number you are at on Steam until you switch to a new table or go to the main menu.
