Easily obtainable with just the three basic wands (electric, fire, ice). Just be sure to stack on magical power by any means untill you can get the Flagellant's Crown to stabilize your base power and allow you to scale properly.
The shock will stun the boss long enough for the other two weapons to apply their debuff, be sure to hug the boss as soon as it spawn as the targeting is weird and the wands might start attacking random stuff, by hugging and dodging you can ensure that the trajectory will hit the boss.
The achievement is granted as soon as you apply all the debuffs and does not require you to survive.
