Right at the beginning of the game, you'll need to fight a bunch of monsters such as Scarecrows and Orcs, afterwards, you'll need to fight Risky in the Tinkerslug, don't remember when the achievement pops, but it's either after you beat all the monsters or after you fight Risky.
