From my Xbox guide: If you play an exhibition match, you won't have to worry about upkeep or injuries and you can quickly play 100 games. Set the min and max rating to a wide range, so you can easily find a game. Go with the default settings, except turn auto-deploy on. For a faster game, set the rout threshold high, choose the map quayside, and set deployment as "War on the Waterfront."
If you are boosting this, the losing player can just quit via the menu as soon as possible. The only important setting is auto-deploy. You'll both get credit for a game, and the staying player will get credit for a win.
