There are only four VHS tapes in the game, all of which are found in the Lower Levels. The locations are as follows:
Tape One - Second Floor, Genitalia Lab.
Tape Two - Second Floor, Skin Lab.
Tape Three - Third Floor, Observation Room. (Far left door.)
Tape Four - Third Floor, Systems Room. (Far right door.)
