This is story related. However, if you played the demo and carry over your save to the full game. You would not have this achievement. So that you need to replay the game from the very start and discard the save file that carry over from the demo run
alternatively, since you have 3 progression slots, you can keep you save that carry over from the demo, and open another progression slot for another run
(since this achievement is related to two timelines of previous game, both can be canon based on your choices, both choices in the very beginning of this game will unlock the achievement, but affect the timeline of this game as well)
