After you beat the final boss and watch the credits, you will be in the world map again.
Visit Kourindou once again, and you'll notice that you can interact with the capsule machine.
It was there before, but you couldn't interact with it. If you have 30,000 coins, you can receive a random equipment from it and get the achievement.
