The toilet can be found at the starting area. Its a small improvised building right next to the scarecrow and basketball minigame. You have to use your telekinesis (Quest: Right Trigger) to remove the capsule in the toilet and you have to replace it with any capsule lying around (there are more than enough of them around you). You have to put the new capsule in, all the way like the first one was.
