In Sector 5's hidden area, progress through it to find a grid maze with arrows on each side. The arrows will tilt the maze in that direction, so all you need to do is solve the maze to earn the achievement (and progress the main game).

You can also earn "Push Me to Completion" by moving the ball in the hallway before the puzzle (use your gloves to do so).
