Simian Neuro-Genesis must be unlocked.
Gen-Sys must be researching on apes to cure the disease.

1. Leaving a Gen-Sys lab operational.
2. Do not make your apes combat capable. (Being able to move and form communities is fine)
Once the above conditions are met:
Evolve "Blindness", and "Neuro-Enhancement" 1, 2, and 3.
Good luck winning after unlocking this achievement, it is possible!
It speeds the research for the cure up tremendously.
