In end game easy to complete with O`FIVE Sniper Rifle (Grad) which u can get in fistfight quest. Rifles have high-damaged explosive bullets, so it's easy to kill two full-hp nearly standing enemies.
KrissperBreakthrough (https://cyberpunk.fandom.com/wiki/Breakthrough) did a job for me. Also lower you difficulty to easy. On very hard - enemies had too much HP for me to do it, only managed to kill the first one
