This achievement can be obtained as an Engineer, on any map and gamemode.
It's about to play a lot of engineer and the enemy spy your teleporters. Let him set the sapper on your teleporters, kill him and quickly destroy the sappers.
The achievement will be unlocked after doing those steps.
