I Did This Without Touching The Ground, But It's Important To Note -
If You Fly Through The Superflight Archway Again, Before You Run Out Of The First Power Up, Your Power Is Refreshed And It Still Counts As The Same Flight.

I Had To Fly Through It Three Times To Find And Kill The Last Draclet, And The Achievement Popped.
Unconfirmed Whether Or Not This Was A Bug.


All Of That Said, If You Touch The Ground At Any Point After You Take Flight, You Need To Quit The Level And Restart It.

AnimilesI did it multiple times without the achievement popping. After reading Deathtroth's guide I quit the level and restarted it when I failed, and the achievement popped after doing it without failing.
