On my YouTube channel I've created a gameplay walkthrough video covering chapter 6 of this game.
Chapter 6: Environmental Hazard - This video covers Isaac's mission to clean the air up on the Ishimura. Our objectives here are to take out 8 Wheezer enemies scattered throughout the map to weaken the Leviathan so we can jettison it out into space. At the end of the chapter we decide to head to the Mining Deck to look for the SOS beacon.
In this video we find the Force Gun weapon completing the collection of Dead Space weapons, find an upgrade for the Ripper and Holt's Rig, and die 1 time fighting the Leviathan (Total Death Count: 5).

The boss fight at the end of this chapter against the Leviathan will get you the Exterminator achievement.
