After you have bought the War child charity DLC, you will have to go to some locations where some paintings will appear and press the mouse on them until they stop flashing.
The locations are:
1. Abandoned house
2. Semi-detached house
3. Shelled cottage
4. Ruined block of flats
5. Brothel
6. Hospital
7. Supermarket
8. Warehouse
9. Garage
10. Shelled school
