So, they've changed a lot since the new update. After starting a new profile, just play up until you get to the hub. Go through the door on the other side of the hub (not the side with more doors). Go up to the security system and you have to find the code that matches the code to the right. You have to repeat this three times, for each column. Use WASD to navigate and click when you found the code that matches. The code could be in any of the columns, as long as you haven't already found a code in that column. Once you get inside the M.E.G. base, find the power switch and turn the power back on. Use one of the computers and enter the password (there is a paper with the password in the room). Use Gate.exe and unlock the security gate. Then, you may leave and go through the Level 1 door to finish the level (don't worry, there isn't anything on the other computers).
