This achievement is MISSABLE and can only be done at the beginning of the 5th chapter of the game (Vatican). As stated in the achievement description, you need to break into the pope's study without using the Oculus Perpetua. All you need to do is to use the bookmark and push down the 2 pins inside the mechanism, super easy.
