For this achievement you'll need to:
- Take the knife in the sewer.
- Choose yes when examining the rag pile in the basement.
- Build guilt once you wake up in the bedroom, go through the house and interact with everything, choosing the guiltiest options.
- Go back to the basement.
- Go in the bathroom and end it in the bathtub.
